中医外治法治疗小儿腹泻研究进展

摘　　要：小儿腹泻为儿科常见病和多发病,因小儿用药困难,依从性差,目前丞需研究一套小儿依从性好、疗效佳和不良反应小的外治方案。本研究从贴敷、灌肠、辩证推拿及联合外治法等方面进行总结,详述外治法治疗小儿腹泻的特色和优势,从而为其临床治疗和深入研究提供参考。检索中国知网和万方数据库中2009-01-2019-01发表的外治法治疗小儿腹泻的有关文献。检索关键词为“穴位贴敷、灌肠、小儿推拿”。检索时用“小儿腹泻”分别与“穴位贴敷”“灌肠”“小儿推拿”进行组合检索,共检索到文献867条。纳入标准:(1)小儿腹泻的基本资料介绍;(2)小儿腹泻外治法的疗效及机制研究。排除标准:(1)综述类文献;(2)研究资料缺失或质量较差。根据纳入及排除标准,精选72篇文献,最后纳入50篇文献进行分析。穴位贴敷、小儿推拿、灌肠及热敏灸和超短波等外治方法对小儿腹泻的治疗效果均较显著,外治法联合治疗较单一治疗,有效率提高。外治法治疗小儿腹泻疗效显著且不良反应小,值得临床推广。Children's diarrhea is a common and frequently-occurring disease in pediatrics.Because of the difficulty of medication and poor compliance in children,it is urgent to explore a set of external treatment schemes with good compliance,good curative effect and little side effects for children.This article summarizes the characteristics and advantages of external therapy in treating infantile diarrhea from the perspectives of acupoint application,enema,dialectical massage and combined external therapy,so as to provide reference for further clinical treatments and in-depth study of the disease.To retrieve the literature on external treatments for infantile diarrhea published in Chinese HowNet and Wanfang database from January 2009to January 2019.The key words were"acupoint application","enema"and"pediatric massage".The combination of"pediatric diarrhea"and"acupoint application","enema"and"pediatric massage"was used for retrieval.A total of 867literatures was retrieved.Inclusion criteria:(1)Introduction of basic information on infantile diarrhea;(2)Study on the efficacy and mechanism of external treatments of infantile diarrhea.Exclusion criteria:(1)Overview Literature;(2)Literature lacking in research data or poor quality.According to inclusion and exclusion criterias,72articles were selected and 50articles were included for analysis and summary.External treatment methods curing infantile diarrhea as acupoint application,pediatric massage,enema,heat-sensitive moxibustion,ultrashort wave are more effective.Treatment effect of external treatment combined is more effective than single treatment.External treatment of infantile diarrhea has significant effect and little side effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
