会所模式对社区精神分裂症患者社会功能、自尊与总体幸福感的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨会所模式对社区精神分裂症患者社会功能和自尊及总体幸福感的影响。方法采用日常生活能力量表(ADL)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、总体幸福感量表(GWB)、自尊量表(SES)对自愿参加会所活动的67例精神分裂症患者(干预组)和参加常规康复的71例精神分裂症患者(对照组)进行问卷调查。结果干预组和对照组经过1年的干预后ADL量表评分存在显著差异(p<0.05)、SDSS量表评分存在极显著差异(p<0.01),干预组GWB量表评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05),SES量表评分两组比较差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。相关分析显示,会所模式下社区精神分裂症患者SDSS量表得分与婚姻呈显著负相关(p<0.05)、与BPRS量表得分呈显著正相关(p<0.01)。结论会所模式的干预方式有利于激发患者的主观能动性,改善其自尊及幸福感,促进患者社会功能的全面康复。Objective To explore the influence of clubhouse model on social functioning,self-esteem and overall well-being of community schizophrenic patients.Methods A total of 67 schizophrenic patients(the intervention group)participating in the clubhouse and 71 schizophrenic patients(the control group)engaged in conventional rehabilitation were assessed with ADL,SDSS,GWB and SES scale.Results There was a significant difference(p<0.05)in ADL score between the intervention group and the control group after one year's intervention.The difference was significant(p<0.01)in SDSS scale scores.The GWB scale score in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The difference was not statistically significant in SES scale score between the two groups(p>0.05).The correlation analysis showed that SDSS scale score for community schizophrenic patients participating in the clubhouse had a significantly negative correlation with marriage(p<0.05)and a significantly positive correlation with BPRS score(p<0.01).Conclusion The clubhouse model can stimulate patients'motivation,improve the self-esteem and happiness,and promote the comprehensive rehabilitation of social functioning.
