摘　　要：公安指挥中心是公安机关防控体系的重要组成部分,提升公安指挥中心指挥能力对于整合社会治理资源,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,推进法治中国建设具有重要意义。历经30余年的建设与发展,公安指挥中心的指挥能力和人才队伍建设都取得了显著成绩,但也仍然存在着指挥中心职能弱化、人才队伍弱化、权威地位弱化等问题。针对这些问题,要深化公安指挥中心职能作用,注重培养业务综合的公安指挥人才,强化公安指挥中心权威体系,以不断提升其指挥能力。As an important part of the prevention and control system of public security organs,the public security command center’s command ability is of great significance for integrating social governance resources,promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,and promoting the construction of China under the rule of law.After more than 30 years of construction and development,the command ability and talent team construction of public security command center have achieved remarkable results,but there is not enough importance being attached to the construction of command center function,command personnel force,and command center authority.To solve these problems,efforts must be made to deepen the functions of public security command center,pay attention to cultivating talents,strengthening the authority of public security command center system,so as to enhance the command ability.
