摘 要:温度场和湿度场是影响果蔬贮藏和运输品质的两个重要因素。以充气保温果蔬冷库为研究对象,采用香蕉为试验物料,结合SIMPLE算法和有孔模型,运用ANSYS FLUENT分析方法,探讨了三种堆码间隔对果蔬和冷库的温度场及相对湿度场的影响。结果表明:在果蔬间隙为0.50 m的第三种堆码间隔方式下,果蔬的温度场最均匀,在水平方向和竖直方向上均无热力分层现象且相对湿度在92.2%~93.2%;果蔬间隙为0.25 m的第二种堆码间隔方式次之,果蔬的温度场在竖直方向上存在明显的热力分层现象且相对湿度在90.0%~92.0%;无间隙的第一种堆码间隔方式最差,果蔬的温度场在水平方向上存在明显的热力分层现象且相对湿度在87.0%~91.0%,故果蔬在实际堆码方式中应按间隔为0.50 m的第三种堆码间隔方式贮存。Temperature field and humidity field are two important factors to affect the quality of transportation and garden storage.Inflatable preservation of cold storage with banana cargoes units was used as the research object.SIMPLE algorithm,ANSYS Fluent and wall function method are applied to simulated the influences of three stacking intervals on temperature field and humidity field.Comparative analyses show that when the stacking interval is 0.50 m,the temperature field of garden is the most uniform in the third methods,and there is no thermal stratification in both horizontal and vertical directions together with the range of relative humidity 92.2%-93.2%.The second stacking method of 0.25 m is the second optimal,the temperature field of garden has obvious thermal stratification in vertical direction and the range of relative humidity is 90.0%-92.0%.The first stacking method without gaps is the worst,the temperature field of garden has obvious thermal stratification in horizontal direction and the range o£relative humidity is 87.0%-91.0%.Therefore,the garden stuff should be stored in the third stacking interval of 0.50 m in the actual stacking method.
