黑龙江省旅游产业与生态环境耦合协调发展研究

摘　　要：文章以黑龙江省的12个地级市为研究对象,通过构建旅游产业与生态环境系统综合评价指标体系,借助耦合度和耦合协调度模型,分析2003~2017年黑龙江省旅游产业与生态环境的综合发展水平和耦合协调程度的时空演变特征。结果表明:(1)2003~2017年黑龙江省旅游产业指数极速发展,从0.053提升到0.667,旅游产业得到高质量发展。生态环境指数从2003年0.623提升到2017年的0.856,总体发展水平得以提高,尽管2011~2015年生态环境指数整体下降,但之后又有回升趋势。(2)12个地级市耦合协调度方面,除大庆市不断向好、鸡西市指标有所下降以外,各地区旅游产业与生态环境协调发展时空格局演变很小,基本格局变化不大。(3)总体来看,2003~2017年黑龙江省旅游产业与生态环境系统耦合协调度由中度耦合协调逐渐过渡到极度耦合协调类型,两者的要素关联水平较好,彼此促进,协调发展。Taking 12 prefecture-level cities in Heilongjiang Province as the research object,through the comprehensive evaluation index system of tourism industry and ecological environment system,and the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree model,the comprehensive development level and coupling coordination degree of tourism industry and ecological environment in Heilongjiang Province from 2003 to 2017 were analyzed.The results showed that:(1)The tourism industry index of Heilongjiang Province has developed rapidly from 0.053 to 0.667,the tourism industry has achieved high quality development,the ecological environment index increased from 0.623 in 2003 to 0.856 in 2017,and the overall development level was improved.Although the ecological environment index declined overall during 2011-2015,there was a trend of recovery.(2)In terms of the coordination degree of 12 prefecture-level cities,except for the continuous improvement of Daqing City and the decline of Jixi City’s indicators,the spatial and temporal pattern of coordinated development of tourism industry and ecological environment in various regions has undergone little change,and the basic pattern has not changed much.(3)Overall,from 2003 to 2017,the coupling degree of tourism industry and ecological environment system in Heilongjiang Province gradually transitioned from moderately coupled coordination to extreme coupling and coordination.The relationship between the two elements was better,promoted each other and coordinated development.
