摘　　要：天津市是我国北方最大的沿海开放城市,港口、盐业和渔业等海洋资源丰富,滨海湿地和滩涂生物多样性指数高,近岸海洋生态系统类型多样。在海洋强国建设和京津冀协同发展的影响下,天津市海洋经济快速发展,同时近岸海洋生态环境趋于恶化,海洋生态压力增大。海洋生态环境的改善有利于助推海洋经济的健康发展,文章以此为切入点,分析目前天津市海洋生态环境的特点和存在的问题,提出应采取围填海管控、污染联防联控和严守海洋生态保护红线等多种管理措施,以缓解海洋生态压力,促进天津市海洋经济的可持续发展。Tianjin is the largest open coastal city in northern China,with abundant marine resources such as ports,salt industry and fisheries,high biodiversity index of coastal wetlands and beaches,and diverse types of coastal marine ecosystems.Under the influence of the strategy of marine power and the policy of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,Tianjin′s marine economy has developed rapidly.At the same time,in the process of high-intensity marine development,the coastal marine ecological environment of Tianjin tends to deteriorate and the marine ecological pressure increases.Improvement of marine ecological environment is conducive to promoting the healthy development of marine economy.This paper took this as a starting point,analyzed the characteristics and existing problems of marine ecological environment in Tianjin at present,and put forward various management measures,such as reclamation management and control,joint pollution prevention and control,strict observance of the red line of marine ecological protection,to alleviate and reduce the pressure of marine ecological environment,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of Tianjin marine economy.
