摘 要:轮毂是载重汽车底盘行走系统承载扭矩的关键零部件,是典型的汽车零部件铸件,市场需求量大、产品质量要求较高。本文介绍了载重汽车轮毂从黏土砂手工造型到微震压实造型,再到水平无箱自动化造型、静压自动化造型及铁模覆砂工艺的几种主要生产方式,分析其工艺优势和局限性,指出各种工艺的发展,有着明显的时代特点,并且是基于产品质量提升的需要,来自于行业规范发展的推动、铸造工艺技术的突破和装备技术的发展提升。Wheel hub is the key part of truck chassis traveling system,which is a typical auto parts casting.It has a large market demand and high product quality requirements.This paper introduces several main production methods of truck wheel hub,and analyzes the technological advantages and limitations of clay sand manual modeling,micro-shock compaction modeling,horizontal non-box automatic modeling,static automatic modeling and iron mold sand coating technology.It is pointed out that the development of all kinds of technology with obvious characteristics of times is based on the need of product quality improvement,the promotion of industry standard development,the breakthrough of casting technology and the development of equipment technology.
