摘　　要：介绍了有芯工频感应炉的结构、工作原理,以及对炉衬各部位用耐火材料的要求。还介绍了化铁炉、化铜炉、化锌炉、化铝炉选择的耐火材料及使用寿命,并提出炉衬维修,特别是熔沟断裂修复的措施。This paper introduces the structure and working principle of the core frequency induction furnace,as well as the requirements for refractories for each part of the line.The refractory materials and its service life of furnace,copper melting furnace,zinc melting furnace and aluminum melting furnace are also introduced,and the repair ing measures of furnace lining,especially of the fracture of molten trench,are put forward.
