工程移民生产方式转换的选择行为——以桂西北新村G75移民为例

摘　　要：修建工程是为了带动区域社会经济发展,但也影响嵌入区人们的生产生活方式。通过调查桂西北新村G75移民的生产方式发现,工程嵌入村庄征地拆迁,空间受挤压,村庄结构解构,村民成为非自愿移民,为应对突变的生计,移民根据自身情况理性地选择了新的生产方式,采取了现代生产技术向传统劳作方式渗透的双重化劳作。农民的理性能力是受特定情境限制的,“凭直觉做事”的思维方式使得感性意识支配了选择过程,创造了选择结果的多样化,即移民生产方式的分化。但感性选择是在受到特定情境限制时做出的理性行为,即感性选择也是在特定情境限制下的理性行为。The construction project is to promote regional social and economic development, but it also affects the production and lifestyle of people in the embedded area of the project. Based on the investigation of the production mode of immigrants in the G75-expressway New Village in northwest Guangxi, this paper finds that with the land expropriation and house domilition occurring in the embedded villages of the expressway project, the space is squeezed, the village structure is deconstructed, and therefore the villagers become involuntary immigrants. In order to cope with the sudden changes in livelihood, they rationally choose new production mode to take the dual labor of modern production technology and the infiltration of traditional labor methods, according to their own situation. The rational ability of the peasants is limited by specific situations. The way of thinking by "intuitively doing things" makes the perceptual consciousness dominate the choice process and creates the diversification of the choice results, that is, the differentiation of the production mode of engineering immigrants. However, perceptual choice is a rational behavior that is made when it is restricted by a specific situation, namely, perceptual choice is also a rational behavior under the constraints of a specific situation.
