摘　　要：在对方剂功效相关文献进行梳理的基础上,以现行方剂功效的确定方法和局限性为出发点,将基于配伍环境的方剂功效确定方法分为两个方面,一是内环境,包括系统论思想指导下方剂功能药群的划分、根据药量配伍或剂型确定方剂的功效;二是外环境,包括分别从病和证的角度确定方剂的功效。认为方剂的功效是由方剂配伍的内外环境共同决定的,即方剂配伍内外环境的耦合决定着方剂的功效。Based on a review of the literature on the efficacy of prescriptions,and starting from the current methods and limitations for determining the efficacy of prescriptions,the methods for determining the efficacy of prescriptions based on compatible environments were divided into two aspects.The first is the internal environment,including the division of the functional group of prescriptions under the guidance of systematic thoughts,determining the efficacy of prescriptions based on the compatibility of dosages,or on dosage forms;the second is the external environment,including determining the efficacy of prescriptions from the perspective of disease,or of syndromes.This paper summarized that the efficacy of a prescription is determined by the internal and external environment of the compatibility of the prescription,that is,the coupling of the internal and external environment of the prescription determines the efficacy of the prescription.
