摘　　要：目的探讨miR-181a在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及其对细胞增殖及迁移能力的影响。方法选取2016年5月-2017年1月该院收治的子宫内膜异位症患者共45例作为观察组,另选择同期进行健康检查的45例女性作为对照组,使用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测所有患者子宫内膜组织中的miR-181a指标表达情况,分析miR-181a在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及其对细胞增殖、迁移的影响。结果检测结束后发现观察组患者子宫内膜组织中miR-181a表达量△Ct计算结果显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);比较各分期患者miR-181a表达量发现Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期患者显著高于Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);Ⅳ期患者miR-181a表达量明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);miR-181a表达量越高的子宫内膜异位症患者发生病灶细胞增殖、迁移的概率越高。结论 miR-181a在子宫内膜异位症患者中的表达量明显高于正常人群,miR-181a表达量与子宫内膜异位症患者病灶细胞增殖、迁移呈正相关,miR-181a可作为子宫内膜异位症的诊断指标之一。Objective To investigate the expression of miR-181 a in endometriosis and its effect on cell proliferation and migration. Methods A total of 45 patients with endometriosis in our hospital from May 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled as the study group. Forty-five women who underwent the same period of health checkup were selected as the study control group. The expression of miR-181 a in endometrium of all patients was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The expression of miR-181 a in endometriosis and its effect on cell proliferation and migration were analyzed. Results After the test,the expression of miR-181 a in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group( P<0. 05). The expression of miR-181 a in patients with stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ( P<0. 05). The expression of miR-181 a in stage Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in stageⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ( P<0. 05). The patients with endometriosis with higher expression of miR-181 a had higher probability of cell proliferation and migration. Conclusion The expression level of miR-181 a in endometriosis patients is significantly higher than that in normal subjects. The expression of miR-181 a is positively correlated with the proliferation and migration of endometrial cells in patients with endometriosis. MiR-181 a can be used as a diagnostic index for endometriosis.
