摘 要:目的:探讨交叉配血中抗-G联合抗-D、抗-C抗体引起配血不合的原因。方法:通过ABO血型鉴定、Rh分型、直接抗人球蛋白试验、不规则抗体筛查、抗体特异性鉴定、吸收放散试验及抗体效价测定对患者配血不合进行分析。结果:对照细胞谱反应格局,患者血清中检出抗-D、抗-C及抗-G抗体。结论:患者血清中不规则抗体是导致交叉配血不合的主要原因。Objective:To investigate the reason of anti-G,anti-D combined with anti-C antibodies inducing incompatibility in blood crossmatching. Method:Through ABO blood typing,direct Coombs test,irregular antibody screening,absorption and elution and antibody titer determination experiments to determine and analyze the incompatibility in blood crossmatching failed for several times. Result:Anti-D,anti-C and anti-G antibodies were detected in the serum of patients according to the pattern of cell spectrum reaction.Conclusion:Irregular antibodies in the serum of patients might be an important cause of crossmatch discord.
