几种化学药剂处理对多肉植物月亮仙子扦插生根的影响

摘　　要：以多肉植物月亮仙子为材料,采用不同浓度NAA、IBA、蔗糖、尿素进行处理,测定其生根率、平均根长、平均生根数和根系效果指数,以选择适合多肉植物叶插繁殖的化学药剂。结果表明:采用NAA、IBA处理对多肉植物月亮仙子叶插生根的效果最好,能显著提高多肉植物扦插的生根率、平均根长、平均生根数和根系效果指数,其中50mg·L^-1处理的效果最好;蔗糖和尿素处理能显著提高多肉植物月亮仙子叶插生根率,而对平均根长、平均生根数和根系效果指数影响不明显,其中0.1%浓度处理效果较好。因此,50mg·L^-1的NAA和50mg·L^-1的IBA对多肉植物月亮仙子扦插生根的影响最好。In order to study the suitable growth regulator for cutting propagation of succulent plants. The succulent plant Moon Fairy used as material, different concentrations of NAA, IBA, sucrose and urea were used to deal with it,and the rooting rate, average root length, rooting number and root effect index were measured.The results showed that NAA and IBA treatments had the best effect on the rooting of the leaves of the succulent plant Moon Fairy, The rooting rate, the average root length,the average root number and the root effect index of the succulent plant cuttings were significantly increased, among which 50 mg·L^-1 treatment had the best effect;Sucrose and urea treatment could significantly increase the rooting rate of Moon Fairy, but had no obvious effect on the average root length,the average root number and the root effect index,the treatment effect of 0.1% concentration was better. NAA(50 mg·L^-1)and IBA(50 mg·L^-1)had the best effect on the rooting of the cuttings of the succulent plant Moon Fairy.
