摘 要:采用TIG焊对AZ91D镁合金进行对接焊试验。通过光学显微镜(OM)、拉伸机(TM)和显微硬度测试仪研究焊接电流对试样焊缝显微组织和性能的影响。结果表明:当焊接速度为0.003 5 m/s、焊接电压为15 V,随着焊接电流的增大,焊后试样抗拉强度和伸长率增加;当焊接电流为95 A,焊后试样的抗拉强度达到最大值,为236 MPa,焊后试样强度为母材的93.1%,伸长率最大值为13.5%,提高了95.7%。In this study,the TIG welding of AZ91 D magnesium alloy was carried out. Microstructure of specimen and effect of the welding current parameters on weld properties during butt welding were analyzed and discussed primarily by the optical microscope,tensile machine and microhardness tester. The results show that excellent butt joint can be obtained when welding speed is 0.003 5 m/s,welding voltage is 15 V. With the increase of welding current,the tensile strength and elongation of welded samples also increase. When the welding current is 95 A,the ultimate tensile strength of the welded sample can reach up to 236 MPa,the strength of the welded sample is 93.1% of the base metal strength,the maximum elongation is 13.5%,and the elongation increased by 95.7%.
