摘 要:为研究Al-Sc-Zr合金中Sc、Zr含量对Al3(Sc,Zr)-LI2相和Al3(Sc,Zr)-DO23相析出的影响,使用Thermo-Calc软件计算分析不同Sc、Zr组分的Al-Sc-Zr合金平衡和非平衡热力学凝固行为。结果表明:Al-Sc-Zr合金中Sc含量主要影响Al3(Sc,Zr)-LI2相的析出温度和含量,Zr主要影响Al-Sc-Zr合金液相线温度和Al3(Sc,Zr)-DO23相的析出。通过对合金中Sc、Zr含量的设计,可以实现对Al-Sc-Zr合金中Al3(Sc,Zr)第二相析出温度和含量的控制,用以指导含钪铝合金的成分设计和熔铸工艺。In order to study the effect of Sc and Zr content in Al-Sc-Zr alloy on the precipitation of Al3(Sc,Zr)-LI2 phase and Al3(Sc,Zr)-DO23 phase,thermo-calc software was used to calculate and analyze the thermodynamic solidification behavior of Al-ScZr alloy with different Sc and Zr content.The results showed that the content of Sc in Al-Sc-Zr alloy mainly affected the precipitation temperature and content of Al3(Sc,Zr)-LI2 phase,while Zr element mainly affected the liquidus temperature of AlSc-Zr alloy and the precipitation of Al3(Sc,Zr)-DO23 phase. By designing the content of Sc and Zr elements in the alloy,the precipitation temperature and content of Al3(Sc,Zr)second phase in Al-Sc-Zr alloy can be adjusted,which provide guidance for the composition design and melting casting process of aluminum alloy containing scandium.
