摘 要:为进一步促进汽车轻量化的生产,改善铝钢异种材料的焊接性能,对基于不同焊接热输入量的铝/钢搅拌摩擦点焊进行显微组织分析以及力学性能测试。结果表明:通过调整搅拌摩擦点焊的主轴转速和焊接深度,增加焊接过程中焊接热输入量,有利于提高焊接接头的硬度值;拉伸断口的微观形貌呈河流状花样的解理台阶,搅拌摩擦点焊接头断裂处易发生脆性断裂;焊接接头的Hook区存在FeAl3金属间化合物。In order to further promote the production of automobile lightweight and improve the welding performance of aluminum steel dissimilar materials. The microstructure analysis and mechanical properties test of aluminum/steel friction stir spot welding based on different welding heat input were carried out. The results show that the hardness value of the welded joint can be improved by adjusting the spindle speed welding depth of FSW and increasing the heat input during welding. It is found that the micro morphology of the tensile fracture presents a cleavage step of fluvial pattern,which indicates that the fracture of FSW joint is prone to brittle fracture. There was FeAl3 intermetallic compound in the Hook region of the welded joint.
