摘 要:以临安青山湖景区的白鹭为研究对象,采用样线法和样方法,对白鹭栖息地多个生态因子进行研究。结果表明,利用样方和对照样方中的水深度(t=-4.607,P=0.000)和距人工干扰距离(t=4.261,P=0.000)变量差异极显著;植被盖度(t=-2.474,P=0.017)变量差异显著;遮蔽度(t=-2.308,P=0.300)变量差异不显著。白鹭觅食地选择偏好为水深>0~30 cm、距人工干扰距离>50 m、植被盖度0~25%的区域。城市湿地中白鹭栖息生境选择的最大限制性因子为距人工干扰距离,因此,应尽量减少对白鹭的人为干扰,为其提供良好的栖息生境。Investigations were carried out on ecological factor of habitats for Egretta garzetta by line transect and quadrat sampling during June of 2018 and May 2019 in Qingshan Lake Scenic Area in Zhejiang province. The results showed that the variables of water depth(t=-4.607, P=0.000) and distance from artificial disturbance(t=4.261, P=0.000) were significantly different between sample plot and the control. And that of vegetation coverage(t=-2.474, P=0.017) was significantly different, while the distance from E. garzetta to the closest vegetation(t=-2.308, P=0.300) was not. The investigation concluded that foraging area of E. garzetta was with water depth of more than 0-30 cm, distance of more than 50 m from artificial disturbance and vegetation coverage of 0-25%.
