在普外科开展品管圈活动对降低留置胃管的患者非计划性拔管发生率的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨在普外科开展品管圈活动对降低留置胃管的患者非计划性拔管发生率的效果。方法:选取2017年1月至12月期间在射阳县人民医院普外科住院期间留置胃管的250例患者作为研究对象。2017年1月至6月,在该院普外科住院期间留置胃管的患者有120例。2017年7月至12月,在该院普外科住院期间留置胃管的患者有130例。自2017年7月起,该院在普外科开展品管圈活动。比较在开展品管圈活动前后普外科护理人员相关考核的成绩及患者的配合度、对护理的满意度、胃管舒适度的评分、非计划性拔管的发生率。结果:与开展品管圈活动前相比,开展品管圈活动后,该科室收治的患者留置胃管舒适度的评分、非计划性拔管的发生率均更低,P<0.05;其中配合护理、对护理满意的患者所占的比例均更高,P<0.05。结论:在普外科开展品管圈活动的效果较为理想,可有效地降低留置胃管的患者非计划性拔管的发生率。objective:to investigate the effect of quality control circle activities in general surgery on reducing the incidence of unplanned extubation in patients with indwelling gastric tube.Methods:250 patients with indwelling gastric tube in general surgery department of sheyang county people’s hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as subjects.From January to June 2017,120 patients were indwelling gastric tubes in the general surgery department of the hospital.From July to December 2017,130 patients were indwelling gastric tubes in the general surgery department of the hospital.Since July 2017,the hospital has been carrying out quality control activities in the general surgery department.The scores of general surgery nurses before and after the quality control circle activities were compared,as well as the cooperation degree of patients,the satisfaction degree of nursing,the score of gastric tube comfort,and the incidence of unplanned extubation.Results:compared with before the quality control circle activity,the comfort score of indwelling gastric tube and the incidence of unplanned extubation were lower in patients admitted to this department after the quality control circle activity(P<0.05).The proportion of patients who cooperated with nursing and were satisfied with nursing was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:the quality control circle activities in the general surgery department are effective and can effectively reduce the incidence of unplanned extubation in patients with indwelling gastric tube.
