用由细胞破壁超微粉碎技术制成的降脂胶囊治疗血脂异常的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨用由细胞破壁超微粉碎技术制成的降脂胶囊治疗血脂异常的效果。方法:选取佛山市中医院收治的100例血脂异常患者作为研究对象。在这些患者入院后,均采用自制的降脂胶囊对其进行治疗。将这些患者分为试验组(n=55)和对照组(n=45)。为试验组患者采用由细胞破壁超微粉碎技术制成的降脂胶囊进行治疗,为对照组患者采用由常规粉碎技术制成的降脂胶囊进行治疗。然后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,试验组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,但二者相比,P>0.05。试验组患者血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的水平高于对照组患者,P<0.05;其血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)的水平及心悸气短、胸闷胸痛、眩晕、头疼、肢体发麻、健忘失眠、脘腹胀痛、自汗乏力等症状及体征的评分均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。在治疗期间,两组患者均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:采用由细胞破壁超微粉碎技术制成的降脂胶囊治疗血脂异常的效果理想。objective:to investigate the effect of jiangzhi capsule made by ultramicro pulverization of broken cell wall in the treatment of dyslipidemia.Methods:100 patients with dyslipidemia admitted to foshan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in guangdong province were selected as subjects.After admission,these patients were treated with self-made jiangzhi capsules.The patients were divided into a trial group(n=55)and a control group(n=45).The experimental group was treated with jiangzhi capsules made of cell wall breaking ultramicro technology,while the control group was treated with jiangzhi capsules made of conventional comminution technology.Then the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:after treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,but the comparison between the two groups was P>.05.The serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c)level in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),palpitations,shortness of breath,chest tightness and chest pain,dizziness,headache,limb numbness,forgetfulness,insomnia,abdominal distention and self-sweating were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,no significant adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion:the effect of jiangzhi capsule made of cell broken wall ultramicro pulverization is ideal for the treatment of dyslipidemia.
