中药擦浴在预防ICU重症患者发生鲍曼不动杆菌感染中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:研究中药擦浴在预防ICU重症患者发生鲍曼不动杆菌感染中的应用效果。方法:按随机数表法将南通市中医院ICU接诊的120例重症患者分为清水组和中药组(60例/组)。采用清水擦浴法对清水组患者进行擦浴,采用中药擦浴法对中药组患者进行擦浴。然后比较两组患者鲍曼不动杆菌的定植率及鲍曼不动杆菌感染的发生率。结果:中药组患者鲍曼不动杆菌感染的发生率低于清水组患者(P<0.05);入住ICU 2周后,中药组患者鲍曼不动杆菌的定植率低于清水组患者(P<0.05)。结论:中药擦浴在预防ICU重症患者发生鲍曼不动杆菌感染中的应用效果较好。objective:to study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine bath on preventing acinetobacter baumannii infection in ICU patients.Methods:according to the random number table method,120 severe patients in the ICU of nantong traditional Chinese medicine hospital were divided into qingshui group and TCM group(60 cases/group).The patients in the clear water group were swabbed by the clean water method,and the patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group were swabbed by the traditional Chinese medicine method.Then the colonization rate of acinetobacter baumannii and the incidence of acinetobacter baumannii infection in the two groups were compared.Results:the incidence of acinetobacter baumannii infection in the TCM group was lower than that in the shimizu group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks in ICU,the colonization rate of acinetobacter baumannii in the TCM group was lower than that in the shimizu group(P<0.05).Conclusion:traditional Chinese medicine is effective in preventing acinetobacter baumannii infection in ICU patients.
