摘　　要：天津南开大学自西南联大时期以后,历史学科呈现逐渐加强的趋向。1952年郑天挺到南大学主持历史学科建设,给南开史学的奋起带来跨越性的发展动力。次年杨翼骧的加入南开,不仅预示了中国史学史的发展潜力,而且率先拟订唯物史观指导下的秦汉至南北朝历史教学提纲,促进了南开历史学全面发展格局的形成,《秦汉史纲要》一书,即是在马克思主义历史观指导下,将历史教学与研究有机结合的开拓性著述。此书与杨志玖撰《隋唐五代史纲要》、王玉哲《中国上古史纲》等,构成系列性历史学教科书,使南开大学在马克思主义历史学科建设中处于领先地位。这其中,郑天挺先生的领导与统筹策划,具有关键的作用。1950年代南开大学历史学科建设中,以马克思主义为指导,不着意于大量引录经典著述,而是将唯物史观融入叙述框架和史事评析之中,发挥稳健、务实的学风,这种成功的经验,值得总结与弘扬。Since the establishment of Southwest Associated University,Nankai University's discipline of history had gradually strengthened.In 1952,Zheng Tianting presided over the department of history which developed rapidly.Yang Yixiang joined it in the following year.He not only promoted Chinese historiography research in Nankai University,but also took the lead in formulating the historical teaching outline of Qin and Han and the Northern and Southern Dynasties under the guidance of historical materialism,and promoted the formation of the development pattern of Nankai history.The QINHANSHI GANGYAO is a pioneering work that combines history teaching and research under the guidance of the Marxism.This book with Yang Zhijiu's SUITANGSHIGANGYAO and Wang Yuzhe's ZHONGGUO SHANGGUSH1GANG constitutes a series of historical textbooks,and the department of history hold a lead in the Marxist history in China.Zheng Tianting*s leadership and overall planning play a key role.The discipline of history of Nankai University is guided by Marxism in the 1950s,and scholars don't intend to introduce a large number of classical works,but incorporate historical materialism into the narrative framework and historical analysis,and form steady and pragmatic style of study.This successful experience is worth researching and carrying fonvard.
