摘  要:为了解建筑陶瓷企业废气处理现状,本文选取了江西陶瓷生产企业主要分布集中区:景德镇、萍乡两个地区多个具有代表性的建筑陶瓷企业展开了调研,深入建筑陶瓷生产过程中的各个产污环节,对企业废气的产污环节进行了分析,并对颗粒物、二氧化硫、氮氧化物等废气污染物处理前后情况进行对比分析。分析结果表明:处理前产生的废气浓度远高于国家排放标准,经措施处理后废气污染物浓度明显降低,颗粒物、二氧化硫排放浓度低于国家排放标准;铅、镉、镍及其化合物、氮氧化物达标排放,处理技术还需不断改进完善。陶瓷废气污染物产生既有原料、燃料的源头原因,也有生产过程的技术操作原因,减少排放就需要从源头消减,也需要技术支撑从生产过程降低污染产生量。Several representative enterprises in Jingdezhen and Pingxiang, two major ceramic production centers in Jiangxi province, were investigated in order to understand the status of exhaust emission treatment at architectural ceramic enterprises, and their waste gas pollution processes were analyzed. The conditions of particulate matters, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide and other waste gas pollutants before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. The analysis results show that the concentration of waste gases produced before treatment was much higher than the national emission standard, and the concentration of waste gas pollutants was obviously reduced after treatment. The concentrations of particulate matters and sulfur dioxide emission were lower than the national emission standards;the releases of lead, cadmium, nickel and their compounds and nitrogen oxides meet their emission standards. The processing technology needs to be improved constantly. Ceramic waste gas pollutants are resulted from raw materials and fuels as well as technical operation in the production process. To reduce emissions, it is necessary to reduce pollution production from their source and through technical support in the production process.
