小儿哮喘控制水平与患儿父母生活质量相关性研究

摘　　要：【目的】探讨小儿哮喘控制水平与患儿父母生活质量的相关性。【方法】选择2015年6月至2018年6月517例住院哮喘患儿及其父母作为研究对象,通过发放调查问卷采集患儿哮喘控制水平及其父母生活质量并进行相关性分析。【结果】严重哮喘和夜间频繁觉醒以及部分控制和控制不良与功能、情感和社会职能存在相关性(P<0.05);部分控制与功能和情感存在相关性,控制不良与功能和情感、社会职能均有关(P<0.05)。【结论】小儿哮喘控制水平与其父母生活质量呈相关性,是影响父母生活质量的独立因素。【Objective】To explore the correlation between the control level of children's asthma and the quality of life of their parents.【Methods】From June 2015 to June 2018,517 hospitalized children with asthma and their parents were selected as the subjects.The asthma control level and parents'quality of life were collected by questionnaire and the correlation analysis was carried out.【Results】Severe asthma,frequent awakening at night and part of poor control and control were related to function,emotion and social function(P<0.05);part of control was related to function and emotion,and control was related to function,emotion and social function(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The control level of asthma in children is related to their parents'quality of life,which is an independent factor affecting their parents'quality of life.parents.
