摘　　要：微小RNA(microRNA)是一种非编码小分子单链非编码RNA,其通过与靶mRNA3’非翻译区结合,使转录后的基因表达沉默的长度约为22个核苷酸的小RNA分子,从而在转录后水平调控基因的表达,参与炎症、免疫及肿瘤的发生。近年来,研究发现microRNA与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)的发生发展密切相关,提示microRNA在COPD的预防和治疗中起着重要的作用,可为COPD的预防和治疗提供新的药物靶点及生物标记物。本文就microRNA与COPD的研究进展作一综述。MicroRNA is a non-coding small molecule single-stranded non-coding RNA. It binds to the target mRNA3’ untranslated region, small RNA molecules that silence transcriptional gene expression are about 22 nucleotides in length, thus regulating gene expression at the post-transcriptional level and participating in inflammation, immunity and tumorigenesis. In recent years, research has found that microRNA is closely related to the occurrence and development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD), suggesting that microRNA plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of COPD, and may provide new drug targets and biomarkers for the prevention and treatment of COPD. This paper summarizes the research progress of microRNA and COPD.
