摘  要:湿法炼锌过程产出的浸出渣属于危险废物,通常都含有锌、铅、镉以及金、银等有价金属,需要回收其中的有价元素并进行无害化处置。目前锌浸出渣的几种处理工艺在处理锌浸出渣方面各有利弊,适用于不同冶炼条件的厂家。本文针对某湿法炼锌厂浸出渣,探索直接还原工艺处理湿法炼锌浸出渣的最佳工艺。实验结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:还原剂采用-200目~①>90%的还原煤,C/O为2.2,添加剂为10%的SEC-L,直接还原温度1250℃,总焙烧时间40 min;试验结果指标:铅的挥发率89%,锌的挥发率96%,银的挥发率53%。该试验结果为进一步开展扩大化试验提供了依据,并为湿法炼锌浸出渣处理工艺开辟了新的方向。The leaching residues from zinc hydrometallurgy process is a hazardous waste,which usually contains valuable metals such as zinc,lead,cadmium,gold and silver.It is necessary to recover valuable elements and dispose of them harmlessly.The present several treatment processes for zinc leaching residues have advantages and disadvantages,and are suitable for manufacturers with different smelting conditions.Aiming at the leaching slag of a hydrometallurgical zinc plant,this paper explored the optimum treating process of zinc leaching residues by direct reduction smelting process.The experimental results showed that the optimum process conditions were as follows:200 mesh reduction coal as reducing agent,C/O 2.2,10%SEC-L as additive agent,direct reduction temperature1250℃,total calcination time 40 min.The test results index were as follows:the volatilization rate of lead 89%,the volatilization rate of zinc 96%,and the volatilization rate of silver 53%.The test provided a basis for further expansion testing and open up a new direction for zinc hydrometallurgical leaching residue treatment process.
