摘　　要：吉恩镍业冶炼厂采用卧式转炉吹炼生产高冰镍有30多年的历史,有着丰富的生产经验,转炉各项指标都优于内控标准,产品合格率达到99%以上。本文简述了该厂采用低冰镍经由转炉吹炼生产高冰镍的原料及产品成分、生产流程、工艺参数及发生吹炼事故时的操作技术,以期对同行有参考价值。Jien Nickel Smelter uses a horizontal converter to produce high nickel matte for more than 30 years,and has rich production experience.The indexes of the converters in this smelter are better than the internal control standards,and the product qualification rate is over 99%.This paper briefly describes the raw materials,product components,production process,process parameters and operation technology of producing high nickel matte by converter with low nickel matte in this plant,with a view to providing reference for the industry.
