摘  要:吉恩镍业冶炼厂采用奥斯麦特炉熔炼、沉降电炉沉降、转炉吹炼工艺生产水淬高冰镍及高冰镍阳极板,设计年产15000 t镍金属含量高冰镍产品。自生产以来,经过9年的不懈努力,生产工艺及设备各方面日趋完善,9年来做到了安全、环保生产,各项技术指标、生产成本等均达到吉恩镍业历史最好水平。本文对转炉吹炼工艺流程及优势、生产设备情况、改造前后的生产指标情况,及生产中的常见问题和解决措施进行了阐述,以期对相关企业有参考作用。Jien Nickel Industry produces nickel matte and nickel matte anode plate by Ausmelt furnace,Settling electric furnace and horizontal converter,and the designed productivity is of 15000 tons nickel metal contained in the nickel matte and its productions.Since beginning the production,the process and equipment have become more and more perfect after 9 years of unremitting efforts,and safety and environmental protection production has been achieved,and all technical indicators and production costs have reached the best level in the history of Jean Nickel Industry.In this paper,the converter blowing process and advantages,production equipment,production indicators before and after the transformation,as well as common problems in production and solutions were described,in order to provide reference for related enterprises.
