摘  要:湿法炼锌诸工序中,锌电积为耗电大户,占炼锌生产成本的70%。本文以某湿法炼锌厂电积工序阴阳极板采用夹接法连接为例,根据生产实践提出在阴极导电片合适位置上焊接铜片,来固定导电片夹,消除极板在同槽内错位现象,从而消除阴极板边部烂边现象,增加锌的产出,降低电耗,提高作业效率,达到很好的节电效果。In the process of zinc hydrometallurgy,zinc electrowinning is a major power consumer,accounting for70%of the production cost of zinc hydrometallurgy.In this paper,taking a zinc hydrometallurgy plant as an example,the positive and negative plates in the electrowinning process are connected by clamping method.According to the production practice,it is proposed to weld the copper sheet at the proper position of the cathode conductive sheet,so as to fix the conductive sheet clamp,eliminate the dislocation of the plate in the same cell,eliminate the edge damage of the cathode plate,increase the output of zinc,reduce the power consumption,improve the working efficiency,and it has a good power saving effect.
