城镇化对农村居民医疗保健消费的传导机制研究

摘　　要：目的:研究城镇化对农村居民医疗保健消费的影响及传导机制。方法:基于2006—2017年我国30个省份(不包括西藏地区)的面板数据,运用中介效应模型实证分析城镇化与农村居民医疗保健消费之间的关系以及传导机制。结果:城镇化有利于我国农村居民医疗保健消费增加;收入效应、老龄化效应和示范效应均在城镇化作用于农村居民医疗保健消费的过程中表现为正向部分中介效应;在并行中介效应中,收入效应和老龄化效应的中介作用均显著,而示范效应不显著;城镇化通过影响收入效应,进而作用于老龄化效应,最终对农村居民医疗保健消费产生积极影响的传导路径是存在的。结论:城镇化在直接促进农村医疗保健消费增加的同时,还能通过收入效应、老龄化效应和示范效应间接对农村居民医疗保健消费产生积极作用。因此,政府应大力推进城镇化进程,释放城镇化红利,以满足农村居民日益增长的医疗保健消费需求。Objective:To study the impact and transmission mechanism of urbanization on rural residents' health care consumption.Methods:Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(except Tibet)in China from 2006 to 2017,it empirically analyzed the relationship and transmission mechanism between urbanization and rural residents' health care consumption by using the mediation effect model.Results:Urbanization is conducive to the increase of rural residents' health care consumption in China.Income effect,aging effect and demonstration effect all show positive partial intermediary effect in the process of urbanization acting on rural residents 'health care consumption.Among the parallel intermediary effect,the intermediary effect of income and the aging are significant while the demonstration effect is not significant.In addition,the transmission channel that urbanization has a positive impact on rural residents 5 health care consumption through income effect and aging effect is existence.Conclusion:Urbanization not only promotes the increase of rural health care consumption directly,but also has a positive impact on rural residents' health care consumption through income effect,aging effect and demonstration effect indirectly.Therefore,the government should vigorously promote the process of urbanization and release the dividends of urbanization to meet the growing demand of rural residents for health care consumption.
