函谷关特色小镇建设路径研究

摘　　要：函谷关镇2017年7月27日获批成为"第二批全国特色小镇",因其独具特色的"老子文化"所衍生出来的文化产业也蓬勃发展,然而特色小镇该如何建设,如何突出小镇特色,如何发展小镇的文化产业却鲜少有人研究。在厘清函谷关镇"特色"后分析目前函谷关特色小镇建设现状及建设过程中存在的问题,并依此提出特色小镇建设路径,如扩大宣传,拓展多种渠道招商引资;加强人才引进及培养,为特色小镇建设做好人才保障;深层挖掘小镇特色,形成特色产业集聚区和产业链,使函谷关特色小镇持续健康发展,也更具有示范性。the function of characteristic town of hanguguan in July 27,2017,was approved as the second batch of national characteristic town,because of its unique"Lao zi"culture derived by the culture industry is booming,characteristic town how to construction,however,how to highlight the characteristics of small town,how to develop the small town of cultural industry,however,few studies,this paper town in the valley of clarification letter of"characteristic"after the analysis of the present status of the letter of valley close characteristic town construction and the problems existing in the construction process,and in accordance with this characteristic town construction path is put forward,such as expanding the propaganda,investment promotion and capital introduction to expand multiple channels;Strengthen the introduction and training of talents to ensure the construction of characteristic towns;Dig deep into the characteristics of the town,form the agglomeration area and industrial chain of characteristic industries,and make the development of hanguguan characteristic town more healthy,sustainable and demonstrative.
