摘 要:基于Web of Science数据库,对2008—2018年中国博士后科学基金(CPSF)SCI论文产出数量、被引频次、作者机构、学科门类、期刊来源、区域分布等进行研究分析,利用SPSS 21.0进行配对资料Wilcoxon检验,验证相关参数的显著性。研究发现:2008—2018年共发表CPSF-SCI论文59434篇,高水平科研产出越来越多,高被引论文水平略高于全球基准值,CPSF-SCI论文数量与CPSF资助人数在机构、学科门类、区域分布上基本一致,不存在显著性差异;同时,也存在CPSF-SCI论文人均数量少、资助成本高、刊载期刊总体水平不高、学科门类分布不均、区域发展不平衡等问题。Based on the Web of Science,this paper analyzes the number of SCI papers produced by China Postdoctoral Science Foundation(CPSF)in 2008-2018,introduces SPSS21.0 as statistical analysis tool,and uses Wilcoxon test to verify the significant of some parameters.From 2008 to 2018,59434 CPSF-SCI papers are published,the highlevel scientific research outputs of CPSF are increasing,the level of high-cited papers is sEghtly higher than the global benchmark value,and the number of CPSF-SCI and the number of CPSF-funded are basically the same in terms of institutions,disciplines,regional distribution,and there is no significant difierence.At the same time,there are also some problems,such as fewer CPSF-SCI papers per capita,the higher cost per CPSF-SCI paper,the lower level of journals published in CPSF-SCI,the uneven distribution of disciplines,and the imbalance of regional development,etc.
