摘 要:为研究如何促进影响创新发展的核心要素——科技投入和研发质量提升,通过演化博弈方法对科技投入与创新质量进行建模分析,研究科技创新体系中投入主体与研发主体博弈的策略选择机制、投入与质量之间的相互影响及主要影响因素,探索通过管理改进提升创新活力和水平的途径。通过模型分析,推论出改善收益和奖励机制、优化创新环境、提升创新价值对产学研合作的良性发展至关重要,并提出相关政策建议。In order to study how to promote the core elements of innovation development,such as science and technology investment and R&D quality improvement,this paper models and analyzes the science and technology investment and innovation quality by evolutionary game method,studies the strategy selection mechanism of the game between investment subject and R&D subject in science and technology innovation system,the interaction between input and quality and the main influencing factors,and explores the ways to improve the vitality and level of innovation through management improvement.Through the model analysis,this paper infers that improving the income and reward mechanism,optimizing the innovation environment and enhancing the innovation value are very important to the benign development of industry—university—research cooperation,and puts forward some relevant policy suggestions.
