摘　　要：回顾性分析山东省职业卫生与职业病防治研究院诊断的2例职业性冻伤病例的发病及诊疗、手术、诊断等过程。2例患者于低温环境下工作,手指出现冻伤后未引起足够重视,1例未及时诊治,1例虽及时就医,但未得到正确的处置,最终均导致截指的不良后果。低温环境下的工作人员,应严格执行低温作业防护规范,提高自我保护意识,如出现冻伤应及时就医、诊治,可有效地降低致残率。The diagnosis,treatment,operation and diagnosis of two cases of occupational frostbite diagnosed in Shandong Academy of Occupational Healthy Occupational Medicine were analyzed retrospectively.In these two patients working in a low temperature environment,the finger frostbite did not arouse enough attention,one patient did not receive timely diagnosis and treatment,and one patient received timely medical treatment,but did not receive proper treatment,which ultimately led to the adverse consequences of finger amputation.The staff under the low temperature environment should strictly carry out the low temperature operation protection standard and improve their self-protection consciousness.If frostbite occurs,they should seek medical treatment in time,which can effectively reduce the disability rate.
