摘　　要：维生素D是一种类固醇激素,它除了具有调节钙磷代谢的功能外,还能影响细胞生长分化、脂肪代谢等。活性维生素D类药物通过作用于维生素D受体,影响下游靶基因的表达,在体内发挥多种生物学功能。临床上利用活性维生素D类药物来治疗骨质疏松、肾病、皮肤病和免疫相关疾病等。为了增加药物的活性和选择性,同时减少不良反应,目前已经合成出多种维生素D衍生物。新型活性维生素D类药物对抗肿瘤、调节免疫、治疗糖尿病等药物的开发具有重要意义。本文对国内外活性维生素D类药物的临床应用和研究现状进行综述,以期为活性维生素D类药物的基础研究和临床应用提供理论依据。Vitamin D is a kind of steroid hormone.Besides regulation of calcium and phosphorus metabolism,it influences cell proliferation,differentiation,fat metabolism and so on.Active vitamin D derivatives exert various biology functions through banding to vitamin D receptor,thus influence the expression of relative target genes.The clinical applications of active vitamin D derivatives include the treatments of osteoporosis,nephropathy,dermatological indication,and autoimmune diseases.Plenty of active vitamin D derivatives were synthesized in order to reduce the side effects and increase the activity and selectivity.It is essential to develop novel active vitamin D derivatives as new drugs to treat anti-cancer,immune regulation and diabetes.The clinical applications and recent developments of active vitamin D drugs are briefly introduced in this literature,in order to provide consultation for the research and clinical application of active vitamin D drugs.
