摘　　要：目的:研究祛风止痛胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的疗效及对患者膝关节恢复情况及日常生活质量的改善情况。方法:选取KOA患者180例,随机分为试验组(120例)及对照组(60例),试验组给予祛风止痛胶囊(6粒·次-1,bid),对照组给予安慰剂进行治疗,采用疼痛标尺模拟评分法(VAS评分)对患者膝关节疼痛指数进行评分,依据等级划分标准进行等级判断,对比分析试验前后VAS评分等级的变化程度,计算其有效率。采用症状自评量表(KOOS量表)对患者膝关节情况、日常生活质量等进行评分。结果:经给药治疗后,试验组有效率为71.03%,对照组有效率为48.15%,试验组有效率优于对照组,具有统计学显著性差异(P<0.05),KOOS评分各项指标均有所改善,其中症状评分、运动及娱乐能力评分、膝盖相关生活质量评分3个维度的改善程度具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:祛风止痛胶囊治疗KOA疗效显著,对KOA患者静息状态下的膝关节疼痛、膝关节相关症状与僵硬、体育及娱乐能力及生活质量等方面具有一定的改善作用。Objective:To explore the efficacy of Qufeng Zhitong capsule in treating knee osteoarthritis(KOA)and observe the improvement of knee joint function and daily life quality in patients during the experiment.Methods:A total of 180 patients with KOA were included and randomly divided into two groups,in which 120 cases were assigned in treatment group taking Qufeng Zhitong capsule and 60 cases were in control group receiving placebo.The degree and grade of pain were scored by VAS,the changes of degree were compared and analyzed to calculate the efficacy.The KOOS method was used to grade the knee joint condition and daily life quality of patients.Results:The effective rate of the experimental group(71.03%)was higher than the control group(48.15%,P<0.05).After the treatment,KOOS scores for all the indexes were improved,and the scores of symptom,entertainment ability and life quality were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qufeng Zhitong capsule is effective in treating KOA.It can not only relieve the knee joint pain,but also promote entertainment ability and life quality of KOA patients.
