改良式腿围测量专用尺在下肢深静脉血栓形成患者中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的研制一款改良式腿围测量专用尺,并与传统腿围测量方法进行比较,探讨其在伴有下肢肿胀的深静脉血栓形成(DVT)患者中的应用效果。方法设计制作改良式腿围测量专用尺。选取2018年4月至9月下肢DVT患者51例,定时、定人、定部位测量患肢周径,根据不同测量方法分为A法和B法,A法采用改良式腿围测量专用尺测量方法,B法采用传统腿围测量方法。比较两种方法在测量腿围过程中的测量时长、测量差异值、患者和护士的满意度。结果A法测量时间较B法明显缩短,两法差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);A法测量值差异值较B法小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);A法患者及护士满意度评分均高于B法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论改良式腿围测量专用尺在下肢DVT患者应用中操作便捷,耗时短,提高工作效率;测量准确,测量值差异小;提高了护患满意度。Objective To develop an improved special ruler used for the measurement of leg circumference,to compare it with traditional measurement method of leg circumference,and to discuss its application in patients with deep vein thrombosis(DVT)accompanied by swelling of the lower extremity.Methods An improved special ruler used for the measurement of leg circumference was designed and manufactured.A total of 51 patients with DVT encountered in authors’hospital from April 2018 to September 2018 were enrolled in this study.The circumference of the affected limb was measured at the fixed time,by the same medical worker and on the same site of leg.According to the measurement methods,the patients were divided into group A(using improved special ruler method)and group B(using traditional measurement method).The time spent for measuring,the difference in measuring value and the satisfaction of patients and nurses were compared between the two groups.Results The time spent for measuring in group A was obviously shorter than that in group B,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference in measured values in group A was smaller than that in group B,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The satisfaction of patients and nurses in group A was remarkably higher than that in group B,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion In measuring leg circumference of DVT patients,the improved special ruler for the measurement of leg circumference is easy to operate and time-saving with high efficiency.The measured value is accurate and the difference in measurement values is very small.This measurement technique improves the satisfaction of nurse and patient.
