乡村振兴与毕节试验区“三大主题”的有效衔接--以毕节市金海湖新区梨树镇上小河村为例

摘　　要：毕节试验区是多党合作的示范区,其“三大主题”的提出和实践探索都在统一战线的参与下深入推进。经过30年的改革试验和探索发展,毕节试验区“三大主题”的内涵也随着经济社会的发展而发生了变化,毕节试验区已经走过了从建立之初的解决温饱,到现在的确保到2020年按时打赢脱贫攻坚战并做好与乡村振兴战略的衔接,将来的发展方向是在与全国一道进入小康后建设贯彻新发展理念示范区。Bijie experimental area is a demonstration area of multiparty cooperation,and its "three major themes" are put forward and explored in practice with the participation of the united front.After 30 years of reform,experiment and exploration,the connotation of"three themes"in Bijie experimental area has changed with the development of economy and society.Bijie experimental area has gone through the solution of food and clothing at the beginning of its establishment,and now ensures to win the battle of poverty relief on time by 2020,and well links up with the strategy of Rural Revitalization.The future development direction is to construct the new development concept demonstration area after entering a well-off society together with the whole country.
