摘 要:为实现电磁式标准电压互感器高准确度自校准溯源,提出一种可用于电压比例标准误差电压系数的测量方法,使用2台辅助标准电压互感器,通过三步测量即可得到被测电压互感器的不同电压下的误差变化量。通过与传统误差电压系数测量方法相比以及国际比对,验证了该方法的可行性和测量结果不确定度评定的合理性,110kV标准电压互感器的自校准比差测量不确定优于5×10?6,角差测量不确定优于5?rad。应用该方法可完成最高至1000kV工频电压比例标准装置的溯源,具有准确度高、稳定性强的特点。To finish the self-calibration of standard voltage instrument transformer with high accuracy, improvements in the method of determining voltage instrument transformer errors were described in this paper. Two auxiliary instrument transformers were used in series and separately to test the standard voltage instrument transformer under test on the voltage of U and 2 U to measure the errors variation between these two voltages. The results of the comparison with the traditional method and international comparison show that the measurement uncertainty of the method were reasonable. The measurement uncertainty of 110 kV voltage ratio standard is below 5×10?6 for ratio error, and 5?rad for phase shifts. The method could be used to calibrate the ratio standard up to 1000 kV with high accuracy and stability.
