摘　　要：从文献资源、馆舍运行、人员等方面对图书馆面临的安全隐患进行梳理。依据布莱德利曲线模型,结合图书馆工作实践,提出图书馆安全文化在不同阶段的建设重点,通过安全文化建设提升图书馆人员的安全意识,杜绝不安全行为,提高安全管理能力。This paper summarizes the potential safety hazards faced by libraries from aspects of document resources,library operation and personnel.Based on the Bradley curve model and the practice of library work,this paper puts forward key points of construction of library safety culture in different stages.Through the construction of safety culture,the safety consciousness of librarians can be enhanced,unsafe behavior can be prevented and the safety management ability can be improved.
