摘  要:通过单向拉伸实验测定了LY12铝合金与轧制方向呈0°、15°、30°、45°、60°、75°和90°方向的拉伸力学性能。基于拉伸实验所得数据,通过超静定方程组优化求解了Hill48与Barlat89各向异性屈服准则的未知参数,并对比了二者对材料屈服行为的预测精度。此外,使用修正的Voce硬化模型,准确地描述了LY12铝合金的宏观硬化行为。结合板材拉深实验,进行了有限元模拟,将实验结果与模拟结果的筒壁高度和壁厚分布进行对比分析,验证了所建模型的准确性。结果表明,Hill48屈服准则对LY12铝合金的各向异性行为预测更为准确,而修正的Voce硬化模型能够精确地描述LY12铝合金的硬化规律。The tensile mechanical properties of LY12 aluminum alloy were measured by uniaxial tensile tests along the direction of 0°,15°,30°,45°,60°,75° and 90° with rolling direction. Based on the data of tensile tests,the unknown parameters of Hill48 and Barlat89 anisotropic yield criterion were obtained through solving the hyper-static equations and the prediction accuracy of yield behavior between the two yield functions was compared. In addition,the macroscopic hardening behavior of LY12 aluminum alloy was described precisely by modified Voce hardening model. The finite element simulation was carried out combining with the deep drawing test of sheet.The accuracy of the estabilished model was verified by comparing the experimental results with the simulation results of the wall height and thickness distribution. The results show that the Hill48 yield criterion is more accurate in anisotropic behavior prediction of LY12 aluminum alloy,and the hardening rule of LY12 aluminum alloy can be described accurately by the modified Voce hardening model.
