摘　　要：目的:评估苯丙胺类成瘾者自愿戒毒后的操守率及复吸的相关影响因素。方法:收集湖南省某自愿戒毒中心出院患者的临床资料并进行随访研究,并将操守组和复吸组的相关情况进行单因素分析,并进行logistic回归分析。结果:总共纳入有效人数560人,成功回访434人(77.5%),126人(22.5%)回访失败,回访成功者操守率达80.6%,平均操守时间为15.0个月。操守时间短、焦虑情绪、独居、对业余生活满意程度较差均为保持操守的主要危险因素。结论:苯丙胺类成瘾者自愿戒毒操守率尚可,积极给出院后患者予以社会、生活支持,可能可以降低复吸率。Objective:To evaluate the abstinence rate of Amphetamine-type addicts after voluntary detoxification and the related influencing factors of relapse.Methods:The clinical data of patients discharged from a voluntary drug rehabilitation center in Hunan Province were collected,then we conducted a follow-up study on these patients.Results:A valid total of 560 people were included,434(77.5%)were successfully followed up,and 126(22.5%)were dropped out.The abstinence rate was 80.6%in successful followed up people,and the average abstinence duration was 15.0 months.Short abstinence duration,anxiety,living alone,and poor satisfaction with amateur life were the main risk factors for maintaining abstinent.Conclusion:The voluntary detoxification rate for Amphetamine-type addicts is acceptable.It is possible to reduce the relapse rate with more social and life support to post-hospital patients.
