摘 要:快速响应压力敏感涂料(PSP)能在低气压条件下迅速响应微小压力变化。对由相同发光分子PtTFPP和不同基层的两种快速响应PSP进行了近真空环境中的稳态校准及特性对比,校准结果显示以高透氧聚合物poly(TMSP)为基层的PSP压力灵敏度和温度敏感度分别为44.0%/kPa和10.29%/K,优于以聚合物-陶瓷(PC)为基层的PSP,更适合近真空环境中的压力测量。验证了带有白色底漆的PtTFPP/poly(TMSP)虽然可以提高发光强度,但由于底漆影响了基层的氧透过率,导致压力灵敏度严重降低。研究了非无油真空舱和大气贮存环境对PtTFPP/poly(TMSP)的影响,由于油蒸汽吸附于基层,贮存于真空舱中48 h后压力灵敏度下降了约20%,而大气环境对压力灵敏度的影响较小。Two types of fast-responding pressure-sensitive paint(PSP) were prepared:PSP-I comprised a PtTFPP luminophore and a binder of highly oxygen permeable poly(TMSP);PSP-II used a PtTFPP luminophore but a different binder of polymer-ceramics.The influence of the binder properties on the pressure sensitivity and temperature dependency was investigated in near-vacuum environment with the lab-built calibration platform.The calibration results show that PSP-I significantly outperform PSP-II because of a much higher pressure sensitivity(44.0%/kPa) and a fairly lower temperature dependence(-0.29%/K).Moreover,white undercoat and oil vapor seriously reduced the pressure sensitivity of PSP-I because white-undercoat strongly decreased permeability of oxygen though it enhanced the luminescent intensity,and because deposition of oil film considerably contaminated PSP-I.For instance,storage in non-lubricated-oil-free vacuum chamber for 48 h decreased the pressure sensitivity by 20%.Nevertheless,storage in air little affects the pressure sensitivity.
