从《伤寒论》“阳微阴弦”探讨乳腺增生性疾病

摘　　要：传统观点认为乳腺增生性疾病由肝气郁结、冲任失调引起,采用疏肝解郁、调理冲任来治疗,临床未能全部起效。笔者根据乳房的解剖位置、疾病临床表现、情绪因素、发病特点、疾病转归,指出"阳微阴弦"是乳腺增生性疾病的主要病因病理,使用通阳宣痹、豁痰祛瘀、消癥散结的法则治疗乳腺增生性疾病及干预乳腺癌前病变,效果显著,可以有效的降低、截断、甚至逆转乳腺癌的发病。笔者认为胸阳的盛衰在乳腺增生性疾病的发病、发展、转归及乳腺癌转移过程中起到了关键作用。Traditionally,breast proliferative diseases are caused by stagnation of liver-Qi and disorder of Chong-Ren.The treatment of liver-Qi depression and Chong-Ren disorder by regulating Chong-Ren has not been fully effective in clinic.According to the anatomical location of breast,clinical manifestations,emotional factors,morbidity characteristics and prognosis of breast diseases,the author points out that “weak of YANG and stringy of YIN”is the main etiology and pathology of breast hyperplasia diseases.Using the principles of Tongyang Xuanbi,eliminating phlegm and stasis,eliminating symptoms and dispersing nodules to treat breast hyperplasia diseases and intervene in breast precancerous lesions,the effect is remarkable,and it can effectively reduce,truncate,or even reverse breast cancer.The author believes that the rise and fall of thymic Yang plays a key role in the pathogenesis,development,prognosis and metastasis of breast cancer.
