重剂茯苓四逆汤合生脉散治疗老年性心力衰竭92例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察重剂茯苓四逆汤合生脉散治疗老年性心力衰竭的疗效判断。方法:选取成都市新都区中医医院老年病科于2015年3月~2018年9月符合入选标准的92例心力衰竭属阳虚水泛住院患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各46例。治疗组常规西医治疗配合中药汤剂口服茯苓四逆汤合生脉散,对照组仅给予西医治疗。两组病程均为10天。观察2组治疗前后临床综合症状、心功能分级、B型钠尿肽前体测定(PR0-BNP)的变化。结果:治疗组临床总有效率达95.7%(44/46),高于对照组82.6%(38/46);治疗后PR0-BNP较对照组明显降低[(468±41)VS(573±33)ng/ml]。结论:口服重剂茯苓四逆汤合生脉散能显著改善心功能;降低PR0-BNP,更有效控制心力衰竭。Objective:To observe the efficacy of using heavy agent Fuling Sini Decoction and Shengmai Powder in the treatment of senile heart failure.Methods:A total of 92hospitalized patients with heart failure due to Yang deficiency and water flooding who met the inclusion criteria from March 2015to September 2018in Xindu district TCM hospital were selected and randomly average divided into test group and controlled group.In the test group,regular medicine treatment was combined with traditional Chinese medicine,while in the controlled group,only regular medicine was given.The duration of disease in both groups was lOdays.The changes of clinical symptoms,cardiac function grade and b-type natriuretic peptide(PR0-BNP)were observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the test group was 95.7%(44/46),higher than 82.6%(38/46)in the controlled group.After treatment,BNP was significantly reduced compared with the controlled group[(468/41)VS(573/33)ng/ml].Conclusion:Orally taking heavy agent Fuling Sini Decoction and Shengmai Powder can improve the cardiac function obviously.Reduced PR0-BNP,more effective control of heart failure.
