膏方干预阳虚体质的研究进展

摘　　要：阳虚体质是中医九大体质类型之一,多因元阳不足所致,是许多疾病发生的基础。作为偏颇体质的重要类型,在体质流行病学研究中发现阳虚体质对某些致病因素有较强的易感性,且发病倾向于虚寒证、寒湿证、血瘀证。如果在临床未病阶段,及时对阳虚体质进行调养,能有效地预防阳虚体质人群患病与病后传变,做到未病先防,对当代中医"治未病"具有重要现实意义。对于阳虚体质的治疗,近年来的研究发现中医膏方对阳虚质的治疗总有效率明显高于丸剂、汤剂。膏方是临床方剂常见的一种剂型,对治疗阳虚偏颇体质有独特的作用。因此,本文围绕膏方在阳虚体质中的干预作用展开讨论,分析膏方干预的基础机制和临床研究,以期为进一步推广膏方在阳虚体质中的应用提供思路。Yang deficiency constitution is one of the constitution classification of traditional Chinese medicine,which is caused by deficiency of fundamental Yang-Qi and may lead to many diseases.As an important type of biased constitution,Yang deficiency constitution was sensitive to many pathogenic factors and more easily converted to asthenia cold syndrome,cold-dampness syndrome and blood stasis syndrome in epidemiological studies of constitution.If Yang deficiency constitution was regulated in pre—clinical stage of diseases,it will be a meaningful way of disease prevention for this population and meet the requirements of modem traditional Chinese medicine development.For treatment of Yang deficiency constitution,it was found that traditional Chinese herbal cream was more effective than pills and decoction.Traditional Chinese herbal cream is one of the common dosage form of traditional Chinese medicine and has specific treatment effects on biased constitution like Yang deficiency constitution.Therefore,in order to provide more available information for traditional Chinese herbal cream application,this review has focused on the treatment effects of traditional Chinese herbal cream on Yang deficiency constitution and has analyzed several related fundamental and clinical investigations.
