摘 要:复溶的过程是一个液固两相混流的过程,而固相在搅拌釜内的分散状态对液固两相流混合起关键作用,固相分布越均匀,越有利于混合。影响搅拌釜内两相混合效果的因素有很多,本文运用Fluent 15.0软件对叔戊醇钾小试搅拌釜进行数值模拟,通过改变搅拌桨形状、挡板安装角度,对搅拌釜内部流场及固相分布进行分析。通过对六直叶开启涡轮搅拌桨、六弯叶开启涡轮搅拌桨和抛物线式圆盘涡轮搅拌桨的流型分析,设计了桨叶倾斜并与桨轴分离开的两种新型搅拌桨-SG-6(1)型桨和SG-6(2)型桨,对比五种搅拌桨的内部流场及固相分布,结果表明,SG-6(2)型桨在旋转时形成向上和向下两股清晰的循环,固相分布更加均匀。在搅拌釜内加装挡板,可改善釜内流体的流动状况,分析了四种不同安装角度对流场的影响,当挡板安装90°时,挡板附近的固相堆积最少。本研究可为叔戊醇钾合成釜的设计优化提供理论依据。The process of redissolution is a process of liquid-solid two-phase mixed flow, and the dispersion state of the solid phase in the stirring tank plays a key role in the mixing of liquid-solid two-phase flow. The more uniform the solid phase distribution is, the more favorable it is for mixing. There are many factors affecting the two-phase mixing effect in the stirring tank. Numerical simulation of the Potassium 2-methyl-2-butoxide synthesis reactor was carried out using Fluent 15.0 software. The flow field and solid phase distribution inside the synthesis reactor was analyzed by changing the shape of the impeller and the installation angle of the baffle. Through the flow pattern analysis of six straight blade open turbine impeller, six curved open turbine impeller and parabolic type disc turbine impeller, a blade tilt and propeller shaft and two kinds of new type impeller – SG-6(1) and the SG-6(2) were designed, and the internal flow field and power of the five types of paddles were compared. The results show that the SG-6(2) forms a clear cycle of upward and downward rotation when rotating, and the solid phase distribution is more uniform. A baffle in the stirred tank was installed to improve the flow of fluid in the tank, and the influence of four different installation angles on the flow field is analyzed. When the baffle is installed at 60°, minimum solid phase accumulation near the baffle. This study can provide a theoretical basis for the design optimization synthesis reactor for the production of Potassium 2-methyl-2-butoxide.
