摘　　要：目的了解2014-2018年眉山市县级及以上医疗机构的医务人员艾滋病反歧视宣传效果,寻找艾滋病反歧视宣传工作的新方向。方法采用分层整群随机多阶段抽样方法,研究人员自制问卷,调查对象匿名自填问卷,收集2014-2018年眉山市县级医疗机构的医务人员对于人类免疫缺陷病毒感染者和艾滋病病人(PLWHA人群)的歧视现状。结果收集问卷4565份;医务人员在生活中的歧视重于在工作中的歧视;个人歧视总分随着反歧视宣传年度在下降。结论眉山市反歧视宣传取得了一定的效果,但医务人员存在知行分离的可能性,需要从人文关怀等角度来加强反歧视宣传教育工作。Objective To analyze the publicity effect of anti-discrimination in medical workers towards people living with HIV/AIDS in Medical institutions at or above the county level in Meishan from 2014 to 2018,and look for new directions in HIV/AIDS anti-discrimination campaigns.Methods A multistage stratified cluster random sampling method was used.Anonymous self-designed questionnaire was filled out by participants.Information about the discrimination status of medical staff towards people infected with human immunodeficiency virus and AIDS patients(PLWHA population)in county-level medical institutions in Meishan city in 2014-2018 was collected.Results A total of 4565 valid questionnaires was collected.Medical workers had higher job-related discrimination than livelihood-related discrimination,and discrimination towards PLWHA population declined as publicity years increases.Conclusion The promotion of anti-discrimination activities of AIDS had got some effect;however,it is possible for medical workers to separate knowledge from practice.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen anti-discrimination publicity from the perspective of humanistic care.
