摘 要:目的探讨有氧运动在冠心病患者心脏康复中的应用效果。方法采用目的抽样法,选取2018年1—6月在宁波大学医学院附属医院心血管内科就诊的60例冠心病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组采用常规护理+有氧运动,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组患者治疗后6个月的疗效及左心室收缩末内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)。结果观察组治疗后6个月的治疗总有效率为73.30%(22/30),高于对照组的60.00%(12/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,两组患者的LVESD、LVEDD均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6个月,两组患者的LVEF均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在冠心病患者心脏康复中应用有氧运动可以显著提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effects of aerobic exercise on cardiac rehabilitation in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Totally 60 CHD patients treated in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine in the Affiliated Hospital of Medical School of Ningbo University between January and June 2018 were selected using purposive sampling and randomized into an observation group(n=30)and a control group(n=30).Patients in the observation group received routine care and aerobic exercise,while patients in the control group received routine care only.The therapeutic effects,left ventricular endsystolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular enddiastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective power was 73.30%(22/30)in the observation group 6 months after treatment,higher than 60.00%(12/30)in the control group,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The LVESD and LVEDD 6 months after treatment were lower than those before treatment in both groups.The LVESD and LVEDD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The LVEF 6 months after treatment was higher than that before treatment in both groups.The LVEF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of aerobic exercise in cardiac rehabilitation in CHD patients can significantly improve the therapeutic effects,which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
