全面系统性护理在老年突发心绞痛患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨全面系统性护理在老年突发心绞痛患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2018年6月—2019年6月浙江医院急诊科老年突发心绞痛患者为研究对象。按照患者入院先后顺序随机分成对照组(n=245)和观察组(n=251)。对照组采用常规急诊护理,观察组采用全面系统性护理。比较两组患者焦虑程度、急诊处理时间、住院时间和满意率。结果干预后观察组患者SAS评分为(16.8±5.3)分,低于对照组的(29.8±7.2)分,差异有统计学意义(t=-22.939,P<0.01)。观察组急诊处理时间(26.9±8.5)min、住院时间(3.6±0.8)d,均短于对照组(t值分别为16.042、19.655;P<0.01)。观察组满意率为85.66%,对照组为77.55%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.438,P<0.05)。结论全面系统性护理可以缓解老年突发心绞痛患者的焦虑程度,提高急诊工作效率,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive systematic nursing in elderly patients with sudden angina.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,we selected patients with sudden angina in Emergency Department of Zhejiang Hospital as subjects by convenience sampling.All of patients were divided into control group(n=245)and observation group(n=251)according to admission order.Control group carried out routine emergency nursing,while observation group implemented comprehensive systematic nursing.Patients'anxiety,time of emergency treatment,hospital stay and satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,the score of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)of patients in observation group was(16.8±5.3)lower than that(29.8±7.2)of control group with a statistical difference(t=-22.939,P<0.01).The time of emergency treatment and hospital stay of observation group was(26.9±8.5)min and(3.6±0.8)d respectively shorter than those of control group with statistical differences(t=16.042,19.655;P<0.01).The satisfaction of observation group and control group was 85.66%and 77.55%respectively with a statistical difference(χ2=5.438,P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive systematic nursing can relieve anxiety of elderly patients with sudden angina,improve emergency work efficiency and patient satisfaction.
