摘  要:为了考察家兔雾化吸入用左氧氟沙星溶液后的局部刺激性,在家兔雾化给予高浓度的左氧氟沙星溶液剂后,计算肺组织湿-干质量比,利用BCA蛋白定量检测试剂盒测定肺灌洗液总蛋白量,苏木精-伊红染色法观察气管肺组织形态,与正常对照组比较进行结果判定。结果显示:与对照组相比,给药组动物的肺灌洗液总蛋白量、肺湿干质量比未明显升高,实验数据无显著统计学差异(P>0.05);组织病理检查未见细胞形态异常改叒和炎性细胞浸润;实验家兔吸入用药后未见有明显局部刺激性。In order to explore the local irritation of levofloxacin solution after atomization inhalation in rabbits, after aerosol administration of high concentration LVFX solution in rabbits, the wet-dry mass ratio of lung tissue was calculated, and the total protein content of lung lavage fluid was determined by BCA protein quantitative detection kit. The morphology of trachea and lung tissue was observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining method, and the results were determined by comparison with normal control group. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the total protein content of lung lavage fluid and the wet-dry mass ratio of lung tissue in the administration group were not significantly increased, and the experimental data had no significant statistical difference(p > 0.05).The pathological examination of tracheal mucosa and lung showed no abnormal cell morphology and inflammatory cell infiltration. In this experiment, the inhalation of LVFX solution in rabbits showed no obvious local irritation.
